Events 2015
Some of the Senior Infant class were lucky to visit the Wildlife Park behind our school today to search for the 10 nesting boxes recently placed on various trees throughout the park. Jimmy Connolly, our school neighbour and active member of Scotstown Tidy Towns Committee informed the children that sometimes birds need a helping hand to nest when there are no natural holes in trees. We were delighted to see lots of frogspawn in the pond. Running through all the dead leaves was fun too!
