Christmas Carol Service 2023
A large crowd gathered in St. Mary's Urbleshanny on Friday 22nd December, for our annual Christmas Carol Service. This year each class sang a hymn on the altar so every pupil was involved. It was wonderful to see how well each class had learned their hymn. A special word of praise must go to Caolán in Rang a Ceathair who taught his classmates the Irish Sign Language for Silent Night. It was heart warming to watch them perform the powerful rendition of Silent Night.
It was a joyous occasion and the perfect way for us to end the school term, while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas.
