Tinsel and Tea towels

Performing a nativity play has become a festive tradition in our school for many years. Pupils act out the many characters in the nativity story including the animals. Many a stripey tea towel transformed a boy into a shepherd and silvery tinsel halos created a heavenly host of angels. Nowadays sophisticated costumes are readily available in shops or online however the story remains unchanged for centuries.
