Scotstown Tidy Towns Presentation June 2019
Mackie Rooney and Jimmy Connolly, on behalf of Scotstown Tidy Towns along with Denise Smyth, adjudicated the poster entries from 5th class to the annual poster competition. This year's theme is Travel and the aim being to increase the number of pupils walking, cycling, scooting, using public transport or carpooling on the way to school. Six pupils received a Highly Recommended: Éanna, Trea, Annie, Aoife, Ellen and Mark. Kirsty won 3rd prize, Lucy came 2nd and Gráinne was awarded 1st prize. All the entries will be on display shortly in Scotstown Pharmacy.
