Prizewinners June 2017
Bernice, 5th Class won third prize in a competition organised by the Tydavnet Show Committee. The Committee asked for pupils in the surrounding schools in North Monaghan to design a cover for their show catalogue. Have a look at Bernice's wonderful effort.
Shannon, 4th Class participated in a drawing activity directed by the Ballybay-Clones Municipal Office. A Masterplan is being prepared for the Sliabh Beagh area on behalf of Monaghan County Council and Fermanagh & Omagh District Council. Urbleshanny NS was selected to participate in the consultation process and provide valuable feedback as the future generation of thr Sliabh Beagh area. Shannon put her thoughts and ideas for this masterplan and how Sliabh Beagh could be changed for the better. She won the Age 10+ category. Have a look at her masterplan.
