Primary Schools Debating Competition 2019-2020
Pupils in 6th class are participating in the Concern Primary Debates Programme through the Monaghan Education Centre. They first met with pupils from Scoil Phádraig, Corduff. Congratulations to Corduff who won that debate. The 6th class group, Annie, Finn, Shannon, Trea, Jessica and Gráinne met with the debating team representing Magherarney recently and they proposed and carried the motion 'Primary School Children Should Not Have a Mobile Phone'. Well done to the team.
