Cavan Monaghan Debating Competition June 2017
The Urbleshanny NS Debating Team won the Cavan Monaghan Primary Debating Competition Final on Friday, 8th June. The competition is organised by Wendy Flood, Co-ordinator, Monaghan Education Centre. It runs from October to June and the Urbleshanny team opposed and beat six teams from St Mary's, Glaslough, Scoil Mhuire BNS, Magherarney NS, Butlerbridge NS, Corcreagh NS, Shercock and Deravoy NS during that period. Congratulations to Rhia, Aisling, Briana, Bernice, Ella and Reuben on their wonderful achievement.
