Bebras and Accelerated Reading Prizewinners
Last week, we gathered in the hall for our last singalong of the year. Some children were presented with prizes they had won during this term. Pupils from 3rd to 6th class took part in the Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge during November. All pupils were commended for taking part in this challenge. A group of children obtained a merit award and they received their certificates. A special word of praise was given to Catherine, Cayla and Adam who achieved the distinction status - well done! We also presented some prizes for Accelerated Reading. The child with the highest word count in each class received a selection box. Well done to Aodhán, Isabella, Ellen, Marcus, Emma and Catherine.
