A Little Nativity December 2018
It’s Christmas Eve and none of the children want to go to bed.
‘Can we have a story?’ they ask their parents.
‘Please tell us a story!’ they beg.
'Tell us a little nativity, tell us a story with a heart, we want a little nativity, tell the story tonight!'
What follows is a simple telling of the Nativity story through songs. The Nativity is acted out during the songs, after each of which the children ask ‘What happened next?’ Mam and Dad take the story forward into the next song, and so it goes on, until it really is time for bed!
The Junior Infants and Seniors Infants told and sang the story so well today. Check the images of their performance.
